面向电子商务的物流配送模式设计方案

对现有面向电子商务的物流配送模式进行归纳分析,提出由九种配送模式组成的电子商务物流配送模式框架及两阶段电子商务物流配送模式选择方法,并用算例加以说明,即先综合考虑物流配送模式选择的影响因素,利用决策表法进行物流配送模式初选,排除由限制条件导致的不适宜的物流配送模式,得到可选物流配送模式组合;然后采用模糊综合评价法对影响因素定量化评估,得到电子商务物流配送主模式。
