| Abstract: | China has abundant natural resource of patato and coarse cereals which have particularly nutritive valve and health protection affects. Processed by advanced techniques, they are made into instant and convienent vermicelli which are nutritional, healthy and convenient instant food series, therefore we can make the agricultural products more agreeable to the taste and improve their profit rate and value. |
