摘    要:薯类及杂粮在我国极为丰富,且具有特殊营养价值和保健作用。通过现代技术加工成营养,卫生,方便的系列即食方便粉丝,提高了农产品的适口性,同时使该类农产品的利用率和价值得到提高。

Abstract:China has abundant natural resource of patato and coarse cereals which have particularly nutritive valve and health protection affects. Processed by advanced techniques, they are made into instant and convienent vermicelli which are nutritional, healthy and convenient instant food series, therefore we can make the agricultural products more agreeable to the taste and improve their profit rate and value.
