有内热源的肋片散热数值分析

摘    要:利用流体区域与固体区域温度场耦合的方法求解含内热源肋片的稳态自然对流换热问题,讨论了肋片材料、肋片间距和内热源强度对整个散热的影响。得出各种情况下流场和温度场的变化和不同情况下散热效果的标志性参数——最高温度的变化规律如下:内热源越强,最高温度越高;肋片间距增加,最高温度降低;提出了具体的计算式;导热系数大于10W/(m·K)的金属材料,肋片最高温度不受材料热物理性质的影响。

Numerical Analyze Zbout Natural Convection of Fins With Heat Source

Abstract:The cooling of fin with heat source is studied by using natural convection of fluid and solid conjugate method. We have gotten the influence of fin material, fin distance, the intensity of heat source and the background temperature to the overall heat transfer. As the cooling effect parameter-the highest temperature of fin rises with the heat source intensity and the background temperature, fails as the fin distance increases, and provide a formula about these. For fin made of metal material whose thermal conductivity great than 10, the highest temperature of different material varies slight under the same condition.
