液压滑阀阀芯温度场的流-固-热耦合研究

摘    要:针对液压滑阀在中高压系统的使用过程中,黏性热效应使得油流温升显著,阀芯受热膨胀而出现磨损甚至卡紧,导致液压滑阀失效的现象,建立了液压滑阀的计算流体力学三维模型,从不同开口度、不同槽口深度和宽度三方面进行流场和温度场的耦合分析,得到液压滑阀的最高流速和最高温度大小和区域的分布情况,以及阀芯和阀套的径向变形量,为液压滑阀卡紧机理分析提供了强有力的支撑和参考。

Abstract:In the running process of a hydraulic slide valve in the middle and high pressure system, viscous heating made the temperature enhancement observably. Slide valves were distorted by the heating inflation. All that coursed the valve abrasion, clamping, even leading to the failure of the slide valve. So, this paper established the three-dimensional CFD models. The velocity, temperature and distortion of the spool valve were calculated and analyzed in the different openings, depths and widths. This paper finds numerically the variety trend of the highest velocity, the highest temperature and the highest distortion of the spool valve. So that it provides the powerful support and reference for analyzing the jamming mechanism of the spool valve.
