摘    要:以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐(bmim]PF_6)为反应促进剂和溶剂,对氨基硫脲与甲酸的缩合反应进行了研究,最佳反应条件为:n(氨基硫脲):n(甲酸)=1:2.0,反应时间2 h,反应温度70℃,离子液体用量2 mL,收率97.2%。与无机酸催化氨基硫脲与甲酸的缩合反应相比,该法反应条件温和,反应时间短,收率高,易分离,且离子液体可循环使用。

Abstract:Condensation of aminothiourea and formic acid was studied with ionic liquidbmim]PF_6 as both accelerant and solvent.The optimal reaction conditions were found as follows:the molar ratio of aminothiourea to formic acid 1:2.0,reaction time 2 h,reaction temperature 70℃,2 mL bmim]PF_6.Under these conditions,the yield was up to 97.2%.Compared with the condensation of aminothiourea and formic acid catalyzed by inorganic acid,the reaction conditions were milder,the re- action time was shorter and the yield was higher.The products could be easily separated from the ion- ic liquid and the ionic liquid could be used repeatedly.
