铅钙合金阳极膜的性能研究

摘    要:利用阳极极化曲线和交流阻抗技术,研究了Pb-Ca-Sn-Ce合金与Pb-Ca-Sn合金的耐腐蚀性能;用XPS研究了不同合金在0.9 V下腐蚀6h所形成的阳极腐蚀膜.结果表明Pb-Ca-Sn-Ce合金的耐腐蚀性能优于Pb-Ca-Sn合金,其阳极腐蚀膜主要由导电性良好的PbO2组成,说明Pb-Ca-Sn-Ce合金可以改善铅酸电池的深循环性能.

Abstract:The corrosion resistance behaviors of Pb-Ca-Sn-Ce alloy and Pb-Ca-Sn alloy were studied with anodic polarization curve and AC impedance technology. The anodic films of different alloys formed at 0.9 V corroded for 6 h were investigated by means of XPS. The results showed that Pb-Ca-Sn-Ce alloy had better corrosion resistance behavior than that of Pb-Ca-Sn alloy, its anodic corrosion film was mainly composed of PbO_2, which had better conductivity property and showed the Pb-Ca-Sn-Ce alloy could enhance the deep cycle property of lead acid battery.
