摘    要:分析了支架零件的工艺性和排样设计方案,介绍了模具结构及特点,并简要介绍了模具主要制造工艺。该模具结构不但解决了倒U形弯曲件出模困难问题,而且模具的可靠性、安全性及使用寿命显著提高。

Abstract:The manufacturability and a layout design scheme for a bracket part were analyzed. The structural feature of a progressive die for the part was presented, and the main manufacturing engineering of the die was briefly introduced. The structure can make the back U-type bent part stripped effectively, and also increase the reliability, safety and service life of the die.
