基于Agent的装配执行过程监控方法

摘    要:为解决装配执行过程中物料流与信息流不同步的问题,用装配Agent封装装配任务和数据,用射频识别标签标识物料。通过对射频识别标签的读取来检查物料,并触发装配Agent的执行,实现装配现场的装配操作三维可视化引导和装配质量检验引导。装配完成时,借助装配Agent的回收机制返回现场数据。实例表明,该方法实现了物料与装配任务之间的动态匹配,增强了装配执行过程的动态监控能力。
