Abstract:Ultra-high strength aluminum alloy is an important structural material in aerospace industry.Many new ultra-high strength aluminum alloys with excellent properties have been developed,now along with the rapid advancement of the industry.The present paper is concerned with the development of the processes,equipments and controlling systems needed for casting the ultra-high strength aluminum alloys.
