摘    要:低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)装置生产中多次出现反应粘壁现象,使装置的平均产量比设计值低6~8 t/h。通过分析,找出适合装置的脉冲阀工艺控制参数,调整链转移剂的注入量,并清洗反应器,最大限度地降低了产生粘壁的几率,保证了装置的正常运行。

Abstract:The fouling phenomena frequently occurred on reactor wall in the low density polyethylene (LDPE) tabular process plant during the operation and therefore, made average output of the plant be lower than its designed value by 6-8 t/h. The occurrence probability of fouling could be reduced to a minimum by selecting the control parameters of the impulse valve suitable to the plant, adjusting dosage of chain transfer agent and purging of the reactor. These measures ensured the normal operation of the LDPE plant.
