| 摘 要： | 北京西城区存在着大量近现代名人故居，这些故居是弥足珍贵的人文资源．近年来，名人故居的研究与保护工作虽然有所加强，但其保护状况仍不容乐观．通过对西城区近现代名人故居进行调查研究，根据故居保护中存在的问题，从故居保护的管理，资金保障，故居的利用等方面对北京市西城区名人故居的保护提出了一些建议．

| Abstract: | There are a lot of former residences of celebrities in Beijing Xicheng District. These celebrities are precious human resources. In recent years, the protection of these residences has been strengthened, but the protection situation is still not optimistic. Based on the investigation and study of former residences of celebrities in Xicheng District, some suggestions on the management and utilization of the former residences of celebrities are given in the paper. |
