轮辋滚压成形的数值仿真技术

滚压成形工艺是轮辋加工的主要成形工艺,在工程中得到广泛运用。基于有限元软件ABAQUS动力显式算法,对轮辋滚压成形数值仿真技术进行了研究,并讨论了加工过程中侧向力问题。运用和以往文献不同的建模方式,分析建模中单元选择、边界条件、加载曲线等关键问题,提出了适合轮辋滚压的数值仿真方法。仿真计算表明,轮辋滚压成形仿真结果与试验具有好的吻合性,且具有中心定位准确,计算效率高的特点,提高了工程适用性。同时侧向力研究表明,降低进给速度可以有效减小滚压侧向力。

The Numerical Simulation of Wheel Rim Roll Forming
