无汞碱性锌锰电池的研制

摘    要:通过浸泡产气实验,筛选和研制出两种缓蚀剂MA和QS(均为有机盐加添加剂),并实际组装了无汞LR6型碱性锌锰电池,考察了代汞缓蚀剂对其放电性能的影响。结果表明:以MA和QS为代汞缓蚀剂所组装的无汞LR6型碱性锌锰电池的放电性能,均远远超过了国家行业标准QB1185-91中的要求,尤其是含QS的无汞电池的放电性能,甚至优于用含汞6%锌粉所组装的电池的放电性能

Abstract:The effective mercury substituting inhibitors MA and QS either of them is the mixture of organic salt and additives were selected and developed by means of collecting gas. The mercury free LR 6 alkaline battery was assembled and the influence of mercury substituting inhibito on discharge property was investigated. The results show that the discharge property of LR 6 alkaline Zn Mn batteries with MA and QS used as the mercury substituting inhibitor exceed the Industry Standard of P.R. China QB 1185 91 in all aspects, espescially the battery with QS is better than that made by zinc powder with 6% mercury.
