摘 要: | 为了对乙烯工厂总能系统的设计、项目评估等提供决策依据,本文提出了以总费用最低为目标的非线性设计型数学模型。求解该模型,可以得出各供能及其附属设备的操作参数和蒸汽在工艺上的分配情况。同时本文将该模型进行了应用计算,对新建年产30万吨乙烯工厂的总能系统进行设计,预计可比现有相同规模乙烯工厂的设备投资费用和操作费用之和节约400万元/年以上。

Study of the Total Energy System of Large-Sized Ethylene Plant (Ⅱ) |

Abstract: | In order to provide the criteria tor decision-making in the design and evaluation of total energy system for a new ethylene plant, this paper presents a design type nonlinear mathematical model of minimum overall expense. On solving this model, the operating parameters of all the energy-supplying installations and the aUocation of steam supplied for various technological use can be obtained. It is predicted that by using this nonlinear model, a sum of over R/VIB 4 million yuan could be saved annually in the total energy system of a 300 thousand ton/y ethylene plant in comparison with the total expense of an existing one oi the same size in China. |
