加强技术改造促进矿山发展

摘    要:二矿区是金川有色金属公司主要矿山,一期投产后按原来3000t/d设计能力,服务年限为10年左右。矿山二期工程虽在建设中,但工期拖后,一、二期工程衔接不上,如不采取措施,矿山产量将要大幅度下降,为此公司对二矿区投入适当资金,加强技术改造,并在技改中引进多项新技术、新工艺。技改后,矿山实际生产能力比原设计提高了40%左右,从而使公司经济效益、电镍产量也逐年上升。

Abstract:NO. 2 mine area is the main mine of Jinchuan Non - ferrous Metals Complex. Accord- ing to the design duty (3000t/d), the service life of the first phase of the project is about 10 years.Though the second phase of the project is building, it is delayed by some reasons. The productioncan' t be continued from the first to the second phase. If any measures hadn't been adopted, theproduction of the mine would have been reduced largely. So Jinchuan Non-ferrous Metals Complex have increased the investment to NO. 2 mine area and lots of new quoted technology andcrafts are adopted in technical transformation. After the technical transformation, the actual production capacity of the mine has increased 40%, and the economic benefit and the production ofelectrolytic nikels are rising year by year.
