摘    要:采用四点弯曲法,测出挤出-滚圆法造粒时挤出物的弯曲强度和弹性模量,说明为制备质量较佳的球形颗粒,物料的水分比必须控制在一定范围内。实验采用的微晶纤维素.当水分比为10时,可制备出质量良好的球形颗粒,此时挤出物弯曲强度为0.32MPa,弹性模量E为7.5MPa。另一方面,挤出物在自重下的破断长度,亦可作为评价其强度的一种简便的手段.

Abstract:The bending strength and Young's modulus of extruded materials are tested through four-point flexure testing. The moisture of materials must be controlled in a certain range to produce nicer spherical pellets that can be obtained if the moisture of water is about 1.0 for microcrystalline celluloses applied in the experiment. The bending strength of the extrusion is 0.32 MPa and Young's modulus is 7.5 MPa. The length of fragmentation by the weight of extrusion can be taken as a simple and convenient means to estimate its strength.
