| 摘 要： | 650低分子聚酰胺是环氧树脂的优良固化剂和增韧剂，是低分子聚酸胺系列的主要品种。根据市场需要，我院与南海丹灶合股筹建年产二百吨650低分子聚酸胺生产线，于1993年中投入正常生产，运转一直良好，产品质量稳定。现已销往广东、广西、福建等地。原料为二聚酸（自制）；二乙烯三胺＞95％（进口或国产）；助剂T和R（国产）。二聚酸与二乙烯三胺在加热条件下即可缩合为低分子聚酸胺。在一定的工艺条件下，二聚酸和二乙烯三腔的投料比对聚酸胺产物有影响。当胺／酸克分子比为3：1时产物胺值过大；当胶／酸充分子比为2：1时，产物胺值处于指…
