合成气直接制低碳烯烃技术发展前景

摘    要:对合成气直接制低碳烯烃的技术进展(包括催化剂和工艺的研究情况)进行了综述;对合成气直接制低碳烯烃工艺的经济性进行了分析,同时分析了该工艺的未来发展前景。指出合成气通过费托合成制低碳烯烃工艺具有较好的产品市场需求和原料供应保障,且与传统蒸汽裂解和经甲醇制烯烃工艺相比,具有原料价格优势,并副产高价值油品,在经济性上具有较强的竞争力。如能通过改进催化剂和工艺优化提高低碳烯烃在总产品中的组成(如提高至40%(w)以上),合成气直接制低碳烯烃的经济性优势将更加明显。

Abstract:New advances in the direct production of light olefins from syngas,including the catalysts,reactors and processes,are summarized.It is pointed out that the production of light olefins from syngas by Fischer-Tropsch synthesis has good product demand and raw material guarantee.Compared with conventional steam cracking and methaol to olefins,the direct production of light olefins from syngas is economically competitive due to its low raw material price and high-value of the fuel oil byproducts.If the light olefin content in the total products increases to 40%(w) by the improvement of the catalysts and processes,its economic advantage will be more apparent.
