| 摘 要： | 高等职业院校"软实力"的建设,是我国高等职业教育发展必然的、迫切的要求,也是现代高等职业教育发展的新问题,是发展高等职业教育的更高要求。文章分析了目前我国高等职业院校"软实力"建设中存在的各种问题,研究了评测"软实力"的各种要素和提升"软实力"的原则。

| Abstract: | The construction is an indispensable requirement as well as a new problem in the development of our modern higher vocational education.The concept of the Soft Power is introduced.Some existing problems in the construction of higher vocational colleges are analysez.Some elements of evaluating the Soft Power and principles of improving the Soft Power are discussed. |
