冶金焦在高炉内微观结构的变化

摘    要:用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜和图象分析系统等分析方法研究了2500m^3高炉的入炉焦和风口焦的形貌和微观结构。结果表明:焦炭在高炉内气孔增多增大且形状更加不规则,气孔壁光学组织变化不大,气忆壁材料的有序化度明显增大。

Abstract:The morphology and microstructure of the coke in skip and the coke at tuyere on the 2500 m 3 blast furnace were investigated using scanning electron microscopy,707 image analysical system, X ray powder diffraction and optical microscopy. The results show that the pore structures of coke are degraded, the optical texture of coke isn't changed almost, and the microlites are increased obviously in the blast furnace.
