压气机叶型气动优化设计研究

摘    要:以clark-y叶型为研究对象,选择其升阻比作为优化目标函数,采用响应面优化设计方法对其进行优化设计.首先用B样条曲线结合响应面优化方法对clark-y原始叶型进行拟合;然后利用均匀实验设计方法建立计算实验样本点分布表,用商用软件进行各样本点的CFD计算,最后建立响应面优化模型,对其进行优化设计,得到了升阻比比原始叶型升阻比高22%的优化叶型.

Abstract:The response surface method was applied to the lift-drag ratio maximization optimization of an airfoil.At first,B-Spline method was adopted to parameterize the airfoil.Then,follow the uniform experimental design method,we got the distribution of the sample points,with the help of software FINE/TURBO,the lift-drag ratio of every sample points can be get,the response surface model can be built up on these results,an optimization algorithm was adopted on the RS model.At last,the optimization airfoil was obtained and compare with the reference blade,the lift-drag ratio of the optimization blade increased by 22%.
