| 摘 要： | 文章对在活塞杆切削中,刀具轴向进给所产生的扭转振动、纵向振动、弯曲振动进行了计算与分析,找出了刀具进给与引起振动间的频率响应特性.理论分析及计算同实测结果相符,结论对实际加工有一定指导作用.

| Abstract: | The torsional,longitudinal and flexural vibrations of piston rod of oil cylinder is analyzed during axial feeding of the cutter.The frequency response character of vibrations aroused by cutter feeding is obtained.Theoretical analysis is verified by some experiments results.Conclusion would play an important guide role in practical machining. |
