基于电液比例技术的摩擦焊压力控制系统

摘    要:采用电液比例溢流阀以及PHILIPS公司的新型高性能8位单片机P89C51RD2,对原有摩擦焊机液压系统进行改造,实现了压力的闭环控制,使摩擦焊接过程压力参数稳定、调节方便.实际生产应用表明系统运行效果良好.

Abstract:The primary hydraulic system of a friction welding machine was reconstructed by using the proportional relief valve and the new 8 - bit microcontroller P89CS1RD2 of PHILIPS company. The pressure is controlled in closed loop for this system, which guarantees the stability of pressure parameter in friction welding, and makes it easy to adjust the pressure. The practical production shows that the system runs well.
