摘    要:新型三缸单作用恒流量往复泵动力端采用特殊廓线的凸轮传动机构取代传统往复泵的曲柄连杆机构,使柱塞产生等加速-等速-等减速运动规律,从而使输出流量与压力无波动,理论上流量不均度为零,大大改善了往复泵的运动与动力特性。凸轮机构是恒流量往复泵中关键部件,它的设计正确与否,直接影响着能否实现恒流量输出特性。主要阐述了恒流量往复泵中凸轮理论廓线与实际廓线的设计,并给出了它们各自的方程式,为这种特殊廓线凸轮的设计、制造给出了理论依据。并结合实际,提出了凸轮机构的结构设计以及延长凸轮机构使用寿命的对策。

Abstract:The special cam-drive mechanism, which has replaced the traditional crack-connecting-rod mechanism is used as the power end of the new triplex single-function constant flow pump. The results show that the motion law of piston is the complex motion law of the same acceleration-the same speed-the same deceleration, which leads to no fluctuation in constant flow and pressure. The uneven degree of theoretical flow is zero. The kinematic and dynamic characteristics of reciprocating pump have greatly improved. The cam-drive mechanism is the key part of the constant flow reciprocating pump. So its design directly affects the performance of constant flow. The design of theoretical and actual cam outline was set forth and their equations were given, which established the theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of the cam with special outline. According to the practice, the designs of structure as well as the countermeasure of prolonging the service life of the cam mechanism had been put forward.
