基于双馈式风力发电系统并网变频器转子侧VSC短路棒保护的分析

摘    要:变速/恒频风力发电系统也成为风电发电的主流,双馈式风力发电系统就是一种变速/恒频系统。风电并网运行时,变频器可能会因为一些故障出现闭锁现象,将会导致风电脱网造成严重后果。本文详细介绍了变频器的转子侧VSC的闭锁原因,并阐述了转子侧VSC短路棒保护的重启动过程,最后给出了选取短路棒电阻应注意的问题。该保护可使双馈式风力发电系统并网运行具有良好的故障穿越能力,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:Variable speed/constant frequency wind power generation system has become the mainstream of wind power generation, doubly-fed wind power generation system is a variable speed/constant frequency system .Wind power Grid-connected inverter may, because of some fault locking phenomenon, will result in wind power and causing serious consequences .This paper introduces in detail the rotor side innverter VSC locking reason, and elaborated the rotor side VSC shorting bar protection restart the process, finally gives the selection of the shorting bar resistance should pay attention to the problem .The protection of the doubly-fed wind power generation system in parallel operation with good fault ride through capability, and has a certain application value.
