摘    要:125kW光伏并网逆变器中的主电路模块将三相IGBT集中布置在同1个散热器上,采用1个风机进行散热,同时只采用1组膜电容和1片母线进行模块化设计,并将IGBT驱动板、驱动转接板、DSP板及其转接板和数据采集板均集成在模块化的主电路中,主电路模块化之后,预留出直流输入接口和交流输出接口用于交直流接线,控制线路采用快速插拔结构。模块化设计的主电路模块体积更小更紧凑,安装、拆卸和维护都更为方便,并能够有效降低整机的硬件成本和维护成本。模块的散热效率同时也得到了有效提高,能够为独立的风道设计提供方便。整机运行的稳定性和可靠性均得到提高。

Abstract:In the main circuit modular of the 125kW PV grid-connected inverter, three-phase IGBT is put on the same radiator with one fan to eliminate heat; and one set of membrane capacitance and one bus bar are adopted in the modularized design. In the modularized main circuit, IGBT driver board, driver patching board, data-collection board, DSP board and its relevant patching board are integrated. Following the main circuit modularization, DC input port and AC output port are reserved for the AC and DC wiring; quick pluggable structure is adopted for the control circuit. The modularized main circuit modular enjoys a small 'and compact outlook, and convenience for installation, disassembly and maintenance, and it also tends to lower the hardware and maintenance cost for the whole machine. The heat- elimination efficiency of the modular is also increased, so that it can be convenient for the independent duct design. Thus, the reliability and stability of the whole machine can also be improved.
