| Abstract: | The structure and operation principle of a distributed data acquisition system for embankment safety monitoring based on PLC, are introduced. The system has many merits such as high reliability, expansibility and anti_jamming. Moreover, the key technical problems in this system such as lightning protection and backup supply are also discussed. A good foundation is laid for embankment safety monitoring and warning in advance. |
