摘    要:介绍了工控组态软件MCGS及其基于MCGS所开发的天然气膜法脱硫监控系统。该系统具有界面友好、操作方便、可靠性高等优点。实际运行表明:该系统能够实现实验流程的控制,自动采集并记录温度、压力、流量等参数,避免了人工数据记录、整理和烦琐的数据处理工作,提高了实验精度与工作效率。

Abstract:The configuration software MCGS as well as the monitoring and control system of natural gas membranous desulphurization based on the configuration software is introduced. The system has the ad- vantages of good interface, easy to operate, stable and high reliability and so on. Through practice operation it has shown that this system can realize the auto-control experimental flow and automatically gather and record temperature, pressure and flow parameter. It avoids the artificial record, the reorganization and processing data work, and increases the experimental precision and the working efficiency.
