摘    要:根据现场总线集成技术在苏丹喀土穆炼油厂的成功应用实践,介绍了集成系统的主要软硬件设备,系统体系结构,系统集成方法以及集成的原则和集成时的注意事项。集成分系统迁移和系统集成,迁移包括了对原有系统的改造和升级;集成则涵盖了现场总线和DCS输入输出总线的集成,现场总线和DCS网络的集成,现场总线控制系统和DCS的集成,使用OPC技术的数据集成以及使用Modbus协议网络的异构系统集成等5种方法,其中对OPC集成技术进行了详细介绍。

The Application of the Fieldbus Integration Technology in the Khartoum Refinery Project

Abstract:Based on the successful application experience of the filed bus integration technology in the Khartoum Refinery in Sudan, the key hardware and software equipments for the integrated system, the system structure, the integration measures, integration principle and integration notes are introduced. The integration is divided into two types -- the system transplant and the system integration. The transplant involves modifying and upgrading of the original DCS system and the integration consists of the integration between field bus and DCS input and output bus, the integration between field bus and DCS network, the integration between field bus control system and DCS, the integration by using OPC data integration technology and the integration by using Modbus protocol to integrating the different systems, total 5 methods. Among those OPC integration technology is introduced in detail.
