摘    要:联合装置间接口的设计,不是一个新的概念,但是一直没有引起设计人员的足够重视,给现场操作,特别是装置开停工操作造成了很多不便,也造成了大量的能源浪费。根据设计经验,结合生产实际,详细论述了常减压蒸馏与催化裂化热联合装置接口控制方案的优化设计,对上下游热联合装置的设计和生产操作具有指导意义。

Abstract:The design of the interface between two units is not a new concept,but it is not paid to enough attention by design personal.The result is that it carry inconvenience to site operation,particularly in start-up and shutdown period of the units and it is also bring a large of amount energy consumption.According to the author's experience and operation practice the optimum design for the control scheme of interface between the ADU and FCCU is presented,which has guide meaning for the design and production operation of upstream and downstream heat united unit.
