激光玻璃陶瓷的研究进展

摘    要:激光玻璃陶瓷是继单晶和玻璃之后又一新型固体激光材料,具有声子能量低、化学稳定性高、机械性能优良、稀土离子可溶性大等优点,有望替代玻璃和单晶,在微芯片激光器、光纤放大器、高功率二极管抽运固态激光器以及其他高温、高热冲击、高腐蚀的特殊环境中有着重要应用,成为人们的研究热点.概述了激光玻璃陶瓷从诞生至今的发展历程,阐述了激光发射原理、激光玻璃陶瓷制备、分类及应用等,并展望了激光玻璃陶瓷的发展前景.

Abstract:Laser glass ceramics is a novel type of solid-state material after single crystal and laser glass,it has been extensively investigated in recent years for its low phonon energy,high chemical stabities,excellent mechanical properties and high rare earth ion solubility,it may potentially replace single crystal or laser glass to be used in fields of microchip,optical fibers amplifer and high power diode pumped solid-state lasers and high temperature,high thermal shock and high erosion environment.The developme...
