轻烃回收装置改造的理论和实践

通过对辽河油田欢二联处理气量为20×104m3／d周的轻烃回收装置状况分析，从理论和实践的角度阐述了改造的可行性和必要性。这种80年代初设计的装置，由于设备陈旧以及设计不合理等原因，原装置只能勉强维持低效益运行。为了提高装置的产量收率，在对原装置不作重大改造的前提下，提出采取增加外冷系统，以解决原系统冷量短缺的问题；另外，通过对工艺管线的改装以增加处理气量，减少轻烃损耗，整个改造使产量收率比原设计提高一倍以上。可以为类似装置的技术改造所借鉴。

Theory and Practice of Reform of Light Hydrocarbon Recovery Plant

In order to raise the output recorery rate of the plant,on the prerequisite of not doing significant reforms,the huthor puts forward increasing external refrigeration system to solve the propblem of not enough refrigeration. Through reinatalling the technology pipeline to increase the treatment amount of gas and decrease light hydrocarbon loss. The reform makes output recovery rate increase 1OO% than thc original design.
