| 摘 要： | 为明确代建制的概念,推动代建制的健康发展,本文从理清我国代建制与工程项目管理和工程总承包的关系出发,提出了代建制的定义,指出了代建制是一种特殊的工程项目管理模式,与工程总承包存在对立的关系。
