机械浆纤维对模塑墙体装饰材料物理性能的影响

摘    要:通过搓磨分丝和高浓磨浆工艺技术制得稻草、桉木、竹机械浆,再分别和蔗渣化学浆混合制备模塑墙体装饰材料。研究了稻草、桉木、竹机械浆的添加对模塑墙体装饰材料的抗张强度、耐破度、挺度、外观颜色等物理性能的影响。研究表明:桉木、稻草机械浆添加量分别为20%和30%(均为质量分数)时其抗张指数值最大,比未添加机械浆的分别提高了50.35%和54.15%桉木、稻草机械浆添加量分别为30%和30%时其挺度值最大,比未添加机械浆的分别提高了52.76%和65.41%竹机械浆添加量为5%时其耐破指数值最大,比未添加竹机械浆的提高了36.56%机械浆的添加可以较为明显地改善墙体装饰材料的外观颜色,使其更接近自然色。

Abstract:Mechanical pulp of straw, eucalyptus and bamboo, being obtained by using technology of twisting up and high consistency refining, can mix with the chemical pulp of bagasse for molding decorative building materials. The effect of addition of the mechanical pulp on tensile, burst, stiffness, appearance of molding decorative building materials was investigated. It was shown that the tensile index reaches the peak to the increment to 50.35%, 54.15% at the addition of 20% of eucalyptus pulp and 30% of straw pulp (all based on mass fraction); the stiffness reaches the peak to the increment to 52.76%, 63.41% at the addition of 30% of eucalyptus pulp and 30% of straw pulp.The burst index reaches the peak to the increment to 36.56% at the addition of 5% of mechanical pulp of bamble .Theappearance of molding decorative building materais can be obviously improved by adding mechanical pulporle material closer to the nature color.
