全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩胶的研究

摘    要:本文通过应用多功能交联剂WY988,并调整填充补强体系等手段改善了全钢子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶的综合性能,结果表明,在胎肩胶中使用多功能交联剂WY988,硫化胶硫化返原程度减轻;在此基础上,使用30phr炭黑N660替代27phr炭黑N330,可明显降低胶料的压缩疲劳生热性能,成品胎的耐久性能有显著提升。

Abstract:In this work, the comprehensive property of tire shoulder pad improved through using multifunctional cross-linking agent WY988 and changing the filler system. The result showed that the reversion level of vulcanizate decreased with addition of WY98. On this basis, replacing 27phr carbon black N330 with 30phr carbon black N660, the compression heat build-up decreased distinctly. The endurance performance of finished tire improved gorgeously.
