摘    要:【】:针对轮胎行业中由成型工序生产的胎胚存在质量均一性不稳定的现象,提出对胎胚进行称重的方案。通过组合使用动态称量技术和信息控制技术,实现重量的自动采集,同时结合正态分布等SPC统计学的算法对称量数据进行科学的分析,对质量出现异常的胎胚及时进行报警,并及时通知生产、工艺人员处理,以减少不合格品数量。系统采用三层框架体系设计,从设备层、控制层、数据层三个不同层面对系统进行构建,保证系统的稳定性、可靠性。该系统研究成果已经在生产现场进行了实际的应用,实践结果表明了系统设计的可行性和可靠性,是提高轮胎产品质量,使产品各项指标均衡的有效途径。

Abstract:Propose green tire weighting plan in terms of the phenomenon of quality uniformity unstability for building procedure producing green tire. Realize weight"s automatic collection according to dynamic weighting technology and information control technology, and combine positive distribution SPC statistic algorithm to do scientific analysis, and alarm for exceptional tire, and inform producing and technology people to deal with in order to decrease unqualified production quantity. System will use three layer framework design, and construct from different three level layer in terms of equipment layer, control layer, and data layer, and make sure system"s stability and reliance. This system"s research result is already applicated in the actual producing, and it is proved that system design is feasible and reliable, and it is effective approach for improving tire production quality and making every indicator balance.
