| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了模拟商务谈判实践教学的组织与实施情况，针对模拟商务谈判中存在的主要问题，从合理设计模拟谈判案例、建立信息数据库、建设商务谈判情景模拟教学实验室、利用录像观摩法增加商务礼仪知识和第二课堂加强实践教学等五方面对提高模拟商务谈判实践教学效果进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the organization and the implementation of simulation practice in business negotiation course and discusses ways to improve the teaching effects including design of ease study, set- up of database, founding of simulation practice laboratory, use of videos and strengthening of second classroom in the light of main problems the simulation practice suffers. |
