摘    要:介绍了F P光纤传感器的基本原理及优点,并据此研制出F P光纤传感器。对所研制的F P光纤传感器的温度特性及应变特性进行了理论分析和对比试验研究。结果表明:试验结果和理论分析基本吻合,F P光纤传感器对温度具有天然的稳定性,对应变具有良好的线性度和灵敏度。因此,可处理单一信号,从而避免了多个信号的交叉敏感问题.

Abstract:The basic work principle and merits of the F-P fiber-optic sensor are discussed and based on it,the sensor has been developed. The temperature and strain sensing characters are analyzed in theory and in compared experiment. The results show the experimental data are consistent with theoretical analysis; the sensor is relatively immunity to ambient temperature and it has good linearity and high sensitivity in strain. So it can transact single signal and avoid multi-signal crossing sensitilization.
