在线测量煤粉粒度分布和浓度的实验研究

摘    要:锅炉的煤粉在线监测对于节能减排、燃烧优化等起重要作用。基于光脉动法在线测量煤粉平均粒度的原理,结合频谱分析方法,提出了光脉动谱法,可以在线测量煤粉的粒度分布和浓度。通过对光脉动法在线测得的煤粉时间序列信号进行分析,得到不同频率段煤粉的脉动信号,分析了各频率段脉动信号与煤粉粒度分布间的关系,据此得到煤粉的粒度分布和浓度。实验结果与取样筛分得到的煤粉粒度分布进行了比较,二者吻合很好。
