水溶液pH值对丙烯酸树脂与非离子性双亲嵌段型聚氨酯相互作用的影响

摘    要:合成了3种具有不同疏水链比例的非离子性双亲嵌段型聚氨酯(PUn),通过水溶液pH值对PAA与PUn相互作用影响的研究,以期为制备一类可用于无铬鞣工艺操作的新型复鞣剂提供理论依据。研究结果表明:在适当pH值范围内,3种PUn都会与PAA相互作用而沉淀,其中PU34与PAA相互作用后,在pH=4.2时即可产生沉淀,从而有望避免常规无铬鞣复鞣阶段为强制复鞣剂沉淀需强酸性固定(通常pH=2.0~3.0)给染色、加脂等后续操作及成革质量带来的不良影响。

Abstract:Three kinds of non-ionic amphiphilic block polyurethane copolymers(PUn) with different ratio of hydrophobic segment were synthesized.And then the pH-responsive effect on the interaction between poly(acrylic acid) PAA and PUn in aqueous solution were studied.The results show that all three kinds of PUn could interact with PAA and precipitate among certain pH range.Especially PU34/PAA compound could precipitate at pH4.2,which is favorable for the process of deyeing and fatliquoring in leather industry.
