摘    要:应用金属成形有限元数值模拟技术 ,以ObjectARX为二次开发工具 ,采用面向对象技术的模块化设计思想 ,建立了大口径、厚壁不锈钢封头 (衬里 )冲压模具CAD辅助设计系统 ,实现了自动化设计与绘图 ,有效地提高了此类封头 (衬里 )的设计效率和设计水平

Abstract:With the application of FEM simulation technology of metal forming, ObjectARX was recommend to work as the tool of the secondary development in the paper. The object-oriented modular design was adopted to develop a deep drawing's tools CAD system for large caliber and thick-walled hemispherical stainless steel shell, thus accomplishing automatic design and plotting. The design efficiency and level was improved effectively.
