摘    要:以正己烷和环己烷混合物模拟石脑油,选取乙醇、环丁砜、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为萃取剂,通过GC方法测定了单一萃取剂和复合萃取剂对模拟石脑油的液液平衡数据。实验结果表明,单一溶剂脱环性能均较差,复合溶剂对环己烷有一定分离效果,但分配系数和选择性不能同时满足要求。以DMF为主萃取剂,将其与CY11组成复合萃取剂,对实际石脑油进行了脱环芳效果分析。实验结果表明,DMF+CY11复合溶剂可显著提高环己烷的分配系数和选择性,对C_5~C_s环烷烃和芳烃有良好的分离效果。

Abstract:The mixture of n-hexane and cyclohexane was used as simulatede naphtha,and ethanol,sulfolane,N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) and N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAC) were selected as extractants. The liquid-liquid equilibrium data of simulated naphtha with single extractant and composite extractant were determined by GC method. The experimental results showed that the decyclization performance of single extractant was poor,and the composite extractant had a certain separation effect on cyclohexane,while it didn’ t meet the requirements on the distribution coef cient and selectivity. Using DMF as the main extractant and CY11 as the composite extractant,the analysis of cycloparaf n and arene removing effects was conducted on real naphtha. The experimental results show that DMF+CY11 composite extractant can signi cantly improve the distribution coef cient and selectivity of cyclohexane,and has a good separating effect on C5-C8 cycloalkanes and aromatic hydrocarbon.
