BCE-H100催化剂制备的PE100级管材专用树脂的性能

摘    要:在Hostalen工艺装置上利用BCE-H100催化剂制备了PE100级管材专用树脂(BCE-H100树脂),考察了催化剂的聚合性能,采用GPC,13C NMR,SEM,DSC等方法研究了树脂的性能,并与参比树脂进行了对比。实验结果表明,BCE-H100催化剂的活性约为15.0 kg/g,氢气和1-丁烯平均消耗量分别约为0.59 kg/t和15.1 kg/t(基于聚乙烯产量),共聚性能优于参比催化剂。BCE-H100树脂的相对分子质量分布较宽,超高相对分子质量组分更多,共聚单体1-丁烯更多地插入大分子链段;颗粒形态良好,细粉和大颗粒含量更低;结晶性能与参比树脂相当,拉伸屈服应力、拉伸断裂标称应变、弯曲模量和简支梁缺口冲击强度等力学性能优于参比树脂;熔体强度较高,适用于开发高品质的PE100级低"熔垂"大口径管材,生产的PE100级管材外观光泽度高,内外表面光滑。

Abstract:The PE100 pipe specialty resins(BCE-H100 resins) were prepared with BCE-H100 catalyst in the Hostalen process unit. The polymerization performances of the catalyst are investigated. The properties of the BCE-H100 resins are studied by GPC,13C NMR,SEM,DSC and compared with the reference resins. The results show that the activity of the BCE-H100 catalyst is about 15.0 kg/g. The average consumption of hydrogen and 1-butylene is about 0.59 kg/t and 15.1 kg/t(based on polyethylene production),respectively. The copolymerization performance of the BCE-H100 catalyst is better than that of the reference catalyst. The BCE-H100 resins with a broader molecular weight distribution contain more resins with ultra-high molecular weight. The comonomers are more inserted into the macromolecular chains of the BCE-H100 resins. The particle morphologies of the BCE-H100 resins are nice and the particle size distributions are narrow. The BCE-H100 resins have a similar crystallinity with the reference resins,but their tensile yield stress,nominal tensile strain at break, flexural modulus and charpy notched impact strength are higher. The BCE-H100 resins with good melt strength can be suitable for the development of high quality PE100 grade low sag pipes with large diameters and the PE100 pipes have glossy and smooth appearance.
