摘    要:针对渤海油田注水井压力上升快、堵塞频繁等问题,通过对注入水水质分析及固相颗粒粒径分析,并结合物模实验详细研究了低渗储层注水井堵塞因素和规律。实验结果表明,注入水中固相颗粒(平均粒径大于2μm)是造成储层堵塞的主要原因;低渗、特低渗透储层岩心的渗透率随着注入量的增加及固相颗粒的含量和平均粒径增大而不断减小,伤害程度不断增大;固相颗粒对特低渗透岩心的伤害程度大于低渗透岩心。

Experimental study on plugging regularity of injection wells in low and ultra-low permeability reservoirs in Bohai oilfield

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of rapid pressure rise and frequent blockage of injection wells in Bohai oilfield, through the analysis of injection water quality and solid phase particle size, combined with physical model experiment, the factors and plugging regularity of injection wells in low permeability reservoirs were studied in details. The experimental results show that the reservoir blockages are mainly caused by solid particles injected into water(average particle size > 2μm). The permeability of low permeability and ultra-low permeability reservoir cores decreases with the increase of injection amount, the increase of solid particle content and average particle size, and the damage degree increases. The damage of solid particles to ultra-low permeability cores is greater than that of low permeability cores.
