两性离子絮凝剂聚合行为及性能评价

摘    要:以N,N-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DM)和烯丙基磺酸钠(XS)为原料,利用水溶液聚合合成了两者的共聚物P(DM-XS),采用膨胀计法进行共聚动力学研究,分别利用FR法、KT法和YBR法计算DM和XS的竞聚率,并研究共聚物平均组成与转化率的关系。实验结果表明,DM和XS的共聚动力学方程为Rp∝[M]2.17[I]0.61[CTA]0.73,表观聚合活化能为72.55 kJ/mol;得到DM和XS的竞聚率平均值分别为1.023 2和9.788 9;随着转化率的增大,共聚物中DM的含量逐渐增大,在聚合过程中为保持共聚物平均组成基本不变,建议采用补充XS的方法;絮凝剂P(DM-XS)用于处理含聚污水,除油率达99%,絮体不黏壁。

Abstract:Copolymer P(DM-XS)is synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization using dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DM)and sodium allylsulfonate(XS)as raw material,and the copolymerization kinetics was studied by dilatometer method.The reactivity ratio of DM and XS were calculated by FR method,KT method and YBR method respectively,and the relationship between the average composition of copolymer and conversion rate was studied.The experiment result shows that the polymerization kinetic equation of DM and XS is as follows:Rp∝[M]2.17[I]0.61[CTA]0.73and the apparent activation energy is 72.55 kJ/mol.The reactivity ratio average value of DM and XS are 1.023 2 and 9.788 9,respectively.It finds that with the increasing conversion,the amount of DM in copolymer increased gradually.In order to maintain the copolymer average composition remained unchanged during the copolymerization process,the method of XS addition during the copolymerization is recommended.Flocculant P(DM-XS)was used to treat wastewater produced from polymer flooding.The oil removal reaches up to 99% and no adhesive floc.
