摘    要:采用液-固柱色谱分离法将渣油原料分离成若干亚组分,将分子管理理念植入到溶剂脱沥青(SDA)工艺制备光亮油料的过程中。实验结果表明,阿曼减压渣油和沙轻减压渣油的理论光亮油潜含量较高,分别为24.62%(w)和19.42%(w),适宜采用SDA工艺生产光亮油料;残炭(CCR)值为关键控制指标,脱沥青油(DAO)理论最大萃取收率分别为46.7%和40.5%;相同收率条件下,柱色谱分离与中试SDA过程的CCR脱除率具有良好的关联性,可推测渣油SDA过程中不同DAO收率下的CCR含量。

Abstract:The residue feedstock were separated into some subcomponents by liquid-solid column chromatography. On this basis,how to implant the concept of molecular management into the process of preparing bright oil by solvent deasphalting(SDA) was elaborated. The results showed that the theoretical bright oil potential content of Oman vacuum residue and Saudi Arab light vacuum residue were 24.62%(w) and 19.42%(w),respectively. Oman vacuum residue and Saudi Arab light vacuum residue were suitable to produce bright oil by SDA technology. Conradson carbon residue(CCR) value was the key control index and the maximum theoretical extraction yield of deasphalt oil(DAO) for Oman vacuum residue and Saudi Arab light vacuum residue was 46.7% and 40.5%,respectively. There was a good correlation between the CCR removal rates of liquid-solid column chromatographic separation and SDA under same yield of DAO,and the CCR content of DAO under different yields could be estimated based on the relationship between removal rate of CCR and DAO yield.
