摘    要:潜油电泵泵效相对较低、能耗较大,准确预测潜油电泵功率对指导设备选型和现场电网配置等具有重要意义。分析了原油黏度对潜油电泵系统和耗电功率的影响以及影响潜油电泵实际耗电功率的主要因素。当原油黏度增大时,所需泵耗电功率增加;潜油电泵工作特性和变频情况是影响其耗电功率的主要因素,导致部分井实际耗电功率与预测结果偏差较大。基于能量守恒原理,推导了潜油电泵系统耗电功率的预测方法,结果表明,与现场实际耗电功率对比,该套预测方法的符合率较高,可以为潜油电泵能耗计算以及合理选泵设计提供依据。

Power consumption prediction and influencing factors analysis of ESP wells

Abstract:ESP pump efficiency is relatively low and energy consumption is relatively large, so it is of great significance to accurately predict the power of ESP pump for guiding equipment selection and on-site power grid configuration. The influence of crude oil viscosity on ESP system and power consumption is analyzed.When the viscosity of crude oil increases, the required pump power consumption increases. The operating characteristics and frequency conversion of ESP are the main factors affecting its power consumption. As a result, the actual power consumption of some wells deviates greatly from the predicted results. Based on the principle of energy conservation, the prediction method of power consumption of ESP system is deduced. The results show that this prediction method has a higher coincidence rate compared with the actual power consumption, which can provide a basis for energy consumption calculation and rational pump design of ESP.
