摘    要:为了研究形状各向异性与吸波剂含量对吸波性能的影响,利用溶剂热法成功制备了具有形状各向异性的立方晶形微纳米Fe粉.采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子谱等手段,对所制样品的微观结构、形貌与组成成分进行了研究.利用矢量网络分析仪研究了吸波剂含量对吸波性能的影响.结果表明,立方体状α-Fe的尺寸约为300 nm,其质量分数与微波吸收性能呈非线性增强关系.当α-Fe质量分数为50%时,反射损耗高达-48. 9 dB,频率为8. 78 GHz,对应的涂层厚度为2 mm,反射损耗小于-10 dB的频率范围为2. 04~18 GHz,对应的涂层厚度范围为1. 28~7 mm.

Abstract:In order to study the effect of shape anisotropy and absorbent content on the microwave absorption properties, the cube micro/nano-Fe powders with shape anisotropy were successfully prepared with the solvothermal method. The microstructure, morphology and composition were researched with X ray diffractometer(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). In addition, the effect of absorbent content on the microwave absorption properties was studied with the vector network analyzer. The results show that the size of cube α-Fe powders is about 300 nm, and the relationship between the mass fraction and microwave absorption properties is nonlinear enhancement. When the mass fraction of α-Fe powders is 50%, the reflection loss achieves -48.9 dB at 8.78 GHz with the coating thickness of 2 mm. The frequency range with the reflection loss below -10 dB ranges from 2.04 GHz to 18 GHz, and the corresponding coating thickness is from 1.28 mm to 7 mm.
