高压分注井全过程带压作业管柱

摘    要:针对高压分注井带压作业过程中存在的管柱内堵塞器投堵位置不确定、油管内密封工具耐压低、分注工具段内无法堵塞密封、不能实现全过程带压作业的问题,研发了高压分注井全过程带压作业管柱。该管柱下入后,无需投捞,双密封洗井阀地面加压即可启动注水阀;通过配套高压自密封配水器和预置式油管堵塞器等工具,解决了油管内分注工具段封堵问题,实现了分注管柱起出过程的整体密封;通过管柱底部配套双密封洗井阀,解决了分注管柱下入过程的密封问题,还可满足反洗井工艺要求。高压分注井全过程带压作业管柱在冀东油田累计应用60井次,最大施工井斜56.7°,工具最大下深4 285 m,满足50 MPa内分层注水需求和21 MPa内带压作业需求。应用该作业管柱可缩短作业周期,提高作业效率,降低施工成本。研究结果可以为注水井带压作业管柱的设计提供参考。

Abstract:To address the problems of snubbing operations in the high pressure separate layer injection wells like uncertain position of the plugging device in tubing, low pressure resistance of the sealing tool inside the tubing, no-access to plug the sealing in the separate layer injection tool section, and inability to realize whole process snubbing operation, a whole process snubbing operation string for the high pressure separate layer injection well is developed. The string could allow sealing plug in separate layer injection tool section by high-pressure self-sealing water distributor and the preset tubing plug, thus realizing the overall sealing of the separate layer water injection string during pull-out-of-hole. The double seal well washing valve address the sealing problem of the separate layer water injection string in run-in-hole operation, and can also meet the requirements of the inverse well washing process. The developed string has been applied in a total of 60 wells in the Jidong Oilfield, with the maximum well inclination of 56. 7° and the maximum running depth of 4 285 m. It met the requirement of 50 MPa separate layer water injection and the 21 MPa snubbing operation. The strings can realize snubbing operation in full process of pulling up and down strings. The application of the developed string can shorten the work time, improve work efficiency, and reduce operation costs. The study results can provide references for the design of the snubbing operation string in the injection well.
