摘    要:从原料、产品、主要设备操作参数、物料平衡以及能耗等方面考察了宁波中金石化有限公司芳烃项目3.2 Mt/a连续重整装置的工业运行情况。实验结果表明,3.2 Mt/a连续重整装置自投料以来一直运行良好,重整产氢率、重整氢纯度、C_5^+重整生成油液收以及C_6^+重整生成油中芳烃含量等均有一定的优化潜力,因催化剂再生仍处在黑烧阶段,催化剂的性能尚不能发挥到最佳,操作参数也没有达到最佳状态,重整反应产物的分布也会受此影响而偏离设计值,随着催化剂再生转入白烧后,操作参数经进一步优化,装置仍存在优化空间,标定结果靠近或优于设计指标。

Abstract:The industrial operation of 3.2 Mt/a continuous catalytic reforming unit for aromatics project of Ningbo Zhongjin Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.was inspected from the feed,products,the main equipment operating parameters,material balance,energy consumption and other aspects.The experimental results showed that,the 3.2 Mt/a continuous catalytic reforming unit has been running well since being put to use, while there was certain optimization potential in the reformate hydrogen yield,reforming hydrogen purity, C5^+ reformate oil production rate and aromatics contents of C6^+ reformate oil. Since the catalyst regeneration was in the black burn stage,catalyst performance and operating parameters were not yet optimum, the distribution of reforming products was affected and deviated from the design value.With the catalyst regeneration turned to the white burn stage,the operating parameters were further optimized,calibration results are close to or better than the design index,and there is still room for optimization.
